Faithful and True

There was Thunder, and lightning, as the sky rolled back, revealing heavens shore. There in the midst of all glory, stood Christ Jesus He was standing right at the door.

Trumpets now sounded, as angels rejoiced, as He mounted His snow-white steed. The armies of heaven all fell in behind Him; He moved forward to take the lead.

While here on this earth all the evil hoards gathered, preparing to battle the LORD. Yet the word had gone out, the war was finished, they were defeated by His two edged Sword.

Out from the clouds came the Son of God, with the diadem worn on His head. All who gathered at this final battle were lifeless and spiritually dead.

Slowly He moved down to the earth, His eyes shown like a fiery flame. The King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, Faithful and true is His name.

Blood began to rise to the horses bridle, as His Words began to destroy every soul. There was no escape, and no place to run; they were finished with nowhere to go.

When the battle finally ended, and the smoke began to clear, the armies who were all gathered at His side could see there was nothing to fear.

Jesus sat His feet upon the Mount of Olives, while Gods people now worshiped His Son. The battle was finished at the rugged cross, and in Jesus God’s will was done!
